Other countries

Tanzania - we’ve been sending computers to Tanzania for several years working with the Mesomapya Trust for use in secondary schools in the Dodoma area of Tanzania. However, we’ve now launched a ‘Computers for Tanzania Schools’ scheme as our fourth major programme. This will be based on the models developed in our other programmes and will initially involve schools in Zanzibar. A ’Computers for Zanzibar Schools’ NGO has been set up and the first shipment was recently sent out.

Kenya and Mozambique - in conjunction with School Aid we have shipped computers to schools supported by School Aid in Kenya and Mozambique.

Ghana , Sierre Leone , Gambia and Liberia - we have supplied computers to specific projects for schools in these counties.

Ethiopia, Niger, Sierre Leone, and South Africa - in conjunction with IT Schools Africa we have also sent computers to schools in these countries.
